Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Scott Collective. Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. New books must be unread and unused. Pre-owned, signed, limited-edition, and collectible books must be returned in the same condition as described and photographed in the original listing.

To request a return, please contact us at josh@scott-collective.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the item was materially different from its description.

Exchanges
Because many of our books are limited editions, collectibles, signed copies, or one-of-a-kind pre-owned items, we do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible item is returned, customers may place a new order for another available item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, incorrect, or significantly different from the listing description, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Scott Collective or damage during shipping.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.

Final Sale Items
Items specifically identified as “Final Sale” in the product listing are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the listing description.
